I have worked in finance the past few years so my interview outfits are similar to yours (occasionally "spicing things up" with a navy suit.) <br /><br />For a non-traditional style interview that wanted something a little more casual, I would break down the suit so that it's still professional - a sheath or wrap dress maybe and then add some personality with shoe and accessory choice, including purse.
